So, my Mr took me to prior-park on Saturday. We were supposed to go to highclerecastle at the beggining of December but I've not been well, so he found this lovely place to have a look around.
It took awhile to get there but we made it in the end! We had a lovely wonder. It's such a beautiful place, I highly recommend a visit.
Just be aware that they only have disabled parking so you have to find somewhere to park in the village which is up a rather steep hill!!
I love going to places like this. It's one of my favourite things to do. Especially when it's cold!
It was full of little nooks and crannies. Little paths that lead off to nowhere, land and hills as far as we could see.
There's alittle tea hut where you can sit and have a cake and a warm up. They had a fire and give you blankets while you sit. It was just lovely.
So after we'd drank our tea and eaten our brownies we had a wonder to the pretty little bridge that is right in the middle of the park. It's surrounded by crystal clear water. It was the most picturesque place id ever seen. We were the only ones on the bridge so we had full range to have a good look around! I'd looked over the edge to see the beautiful water and when I turned round I was being proposed to!!
I'm still in shock now!
It was so romantic and I'm the luckiest girl in the world to have found my lobster!!
This is the bridge where he popped the question....
It was just the most perfect day. I loved every second. This Christmas will be the best yet! I'm so excited :)
I hope you all have the best Christmas and new year. I'm looking forward to some well deserved family time :)
I'll see you next year my lovely's!
